Dr Prichard graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2004. He completed his training in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine in Ireland before undertaking a Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Motility at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA, and a Fellowship in Advanced and Therapeutic Endoscopy at the University of British Colombia, BC, Canada. He practised at the Mayo Clinic Rochester from 2015 to 2022.
